Full Shipment Visibility

Our solution allows a client to easily, efficiently, and cost-effectively monitor the status of their inbound/outbound shipments.

The solution is a customized-per-client, front-end viewer hosted in a secure data center.

Data Upload Characteristics

• Uploads of EDI 214 or EDI 240 data will be received via FTPS file transfer from Service provider
• Multiple uploads per day.

Delivery Information

The solution provided by ParceLink will receive and store any delivery confirmation information returned by service provider For any given shipment, the Delivery Confirmation Information stored by ParceLink shall consist of at least the following:
• Clarified name if available.
• Delivery date and time stamp if available.
• Tracking number for the shipment

ParceLink's visibility solution is a secure, web-based application that provides a high-level overview of your company's shipments to help you better understand your company's overall service impacts. Delivery status (Manifest, En Route, Exception, Delivered) are all at your fingertips.

Our solution has several different views of information that are customized to fit your company's needs. You can also perform advanced searches that streamline your company's ability to drill down to specific package(s) detail. ParceLink's solution manages both outbound and inbound shipments

Data retention options are:
• 0-2 years (included with base implementation)
• 3-5 years
• 5-10 years

Note: The license fee is based on the length of data retention selected amd if shimpment signatures are collected for display.
